House Group

House Group is an online space during the week where we can meet for more personal connections with each other and with God. You don’t have to have been before, some folk only come once and some are there every week. At the moment we meet on Zoom most Wednesdays with the link shared on social media (contact us directly for the password). You can choose to have your camera on or off and take part in as little or as much as you feel comfortable with.

We tend to follow a loose evening service structure with different attendees leading different prayers and responses although things do change from month to month. All the words you need are on the PowerPoint. Often we have music and a reading from the most recent Sunday service as well as time for reflection and fellowship. We share a time to respond with any thoughts or reflections: On the reading? On Sunday’s sermon? On the events of the week? What is God saying to you today? Do you have any questions? What are you curious about?

We have an opportunity to pray for and with each other.

It is really lovely to connect with church through the week and not just on a Sunday night.
